Lake Goodwin Community Club Spring 2016

The LGCC Board has and is improving the quality of our facility to make it more inviting for our renters to have an enjoyable experience. The interior has been newly painted to provide a bright clean appearance. Insulation was completed in the attic to assure that the buildings temperature is controlled during both warm and cool times. Ceiling fans have been added to again control the interior temperature and assure a constant movement of fresh air. The club purchased additional chairs so that their are enough to set all the tables +/- 200. A large commercial refrigerator was added to the kitchen.
The Board has been discussing possible ways to encourage Seven Lakes residences to join and participate in our club activities. If you are interested or have ideas we may consider to increase membership, send an Email to Lakegoodwincc.org.
